Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 Business Days (Excluding pre-orders)

Pre-orders will be posted once all stock for that order is in the warehouse.

Shipments will not occur on public holidays, or weekends. 

During festive  seasons and high volume of orders, there will be delays, and there will be delays due to COVID-19

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email of mobile once the order is ready to be shipped, and is in transit.

PKMN TCG ETC. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

PKMN TCG ETC. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
